Kindly evaluate my 1 Kanal plot in DHA 6, Sector L near 564. Is it better to hold or sell this plot. It is for house building in future.

Dear Sir,
DHA Phase 6 Near L 564 can be sell around 165 Lacs. If you dont have issue with facing commercial then why not but not ideal one to build house facing commercial. choice is yours.
