Bahria Town Sector F file cancellation,

Bahria Town sent me a cancellation notice due to non payment of last 2 installments for my Sector F plot which was balloted 2 years ago. I did not pay last 2 installments as they were not giving me possession. I received cancellation letter on 5th March to pay balance by 1st March else it will be cancelled. However the date on the latter is 15th Jan 2016 and the post office stamp in Lahore is 1st March. It looks to me a trick to cancel without notice. Can anything be done now?

same happened me in past from 2007 to 2010 i was payin jasmine 10 marla , then i stopped paying , they cancelled plot and gave me in orchard , a great loss as i sold orchard very cheap , pvt schemes are like this , please keep on informing us about it . go to bahria office and fight max u can

Yes they have cancelled many files as the ballot date of 15 march for remaining files is coming. Yes these are the tricks of bahria. When available land is less and they have issued more files, first is merging then cancelation, then buying back from market and the lastly lucky ones will have plots after many delays. Many people are requesting them to wave off cancellation but it looks they will not restore files currently. Bahria reputation is badly hurt.

Non construction penalty and hidden charges when you sell your plot in Bahria is a big setback for investors.
