Guys i have heard that underpass will also be constructed connecting phase 6 and town as the machinery is there on both sides of Bedian road for construction of same.is it true.

There are reports that an underpass will be constructed very soon, also as Knowledge Park will be constructed on the other side of the Bedian road near E-block of Phase 6 so it is possible that this underpass will be constructed before that major construction begins and create a strong demand for plots in DHA 7 and DHA 9 Town. However, it can't be confirmed from any inside sources if this underpass will be constructed right away but the development of the Knowledge Park is good news.

Not worth buying above 40-45, what so ever may be the case.
