In the past few months, we have seen very slow market of DHA Bahawalpur even after project launch and balloting. Cash file prices are not so good (25 lacs) compared with installment files (38 lacs without discount) for 1 kanal. What is the reason that investors are not interested in DHA Bahawalpur?
I have seen quite a healthy discussion in previous pages about DHA Multan. Why do you people think that DHA Multan will not become another DHA Bahawalpur? I hope KB20, Shazad-Qamar, Surfer and Ekrar sb enlighten everyone on this.

@ Maqsood bhai yes you are right about Multan. But most of the people here does not want to hear against them so i have stated and recorded my comments on Multan never talk about it again. Sencondly i just want to tell you Property is game of buyer & Seller, It may sometimes test your nerve, So be Patient and hope for the best. I have never been to Bahawalpur nor have any idea but "In Sha Allah" it will rise again when development starts i hope. |

There are many things interested about DHA multan thst is the reason i keep on recommending DHA multan. Buying power economic situation physical location future growth motorway connection of multan and lahore a very very high quality road infrastructure of multan in comparison to bahawalpur already established rates of 2 crore per kanal in nearby wapda town the development status the overall design quality of administration and their objectives in dha multan.....many things those weigh in favor of multan..... |

@shahzad.... wapda town multan is at 2 crore? Are u sure ? How many of kanal plots u want to buy even at 1.2? |
EkrarŽ replied on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 07:44 PM

yes maqsood sb...very well concluded: No one will loose anything in property business if it is long long term -- Now let's define loss? To me, if I invest my 1 crore in any property( say DHA Multan) and get 50 lac profit in 5 years whereas I could have earned 80 lac profit on my same investment in the same time frame on some other property (by doing some calculations, seeing the ground realities and projecting about the future and praying to ALLAH) -- I call it LOSS OF 30 LAC!!!! U have every right to think different and call it a profit of 50 (U KNOW WHAT I MEAN NOW!!!) |

Surfer dear i wrote all those things in comparison to Bahawalpur only to explain why DHA multan is far beyond DHA bahawalpur and since most of these things are missing in Bahawalpur it will remain a failed or average housing. |

Ekrar I think you did not read it properly i wrote already established prices of 2 crore that means a mark of 2 crore is there now in Multan. In lahore also you can buy lottttttttt of DHA plots in 1.2 crore but you do not consider that as a mark of future gains and still file is 63 per kanal while Multan at 31.8. Before criticising with closed eyes please give it a thought that what is said and why is it said |
