hard to say but roughly 20-25% gain.
After LRR & Raiwind Road prices might double. |

In past couple of months price has increased a lot. compare prices by yourself on property listing websites.
The price before 2 months and price now.
There is lot of room for price increase. Hard to guess future but past results will give you good idea. |

8 Marla in C , D and southern should easily cross 50 lac in next 2 months. Now it's trading at 42 to 48 lac. Only 2 months ago it was in 30 to 36 lac range. |
