Alhamdolilah I ve been successful in recent balloting of DHA Peshawar in 10 M Category. Just want to ask what should I do keep it or dispose it off...I can manage its installments with little difficulty....What would be its future in comparison to DHA Lahore....Any expert please enlighten.

Let me shake your hand as you are one of the very few who got a plot allocated.

Now should you keep it? Hell yes! You must know by now how much interest the market has towards DHA Peshawar. The prices are bound to go up. However, I am not sure about the land acquisition status or the management capabilities of DHA Peshawar.

Lastly, I would like to buy if you have intentions of selling??

I am willing to buy it in 80 lacs, contact at , lre please note, wihting three years I will make profit of 50-60 lacs. Also yahya makret is going down as all your statement shows in lre website market is going down , how then you are buying it????
