@tipu ,as i said there r not too many buyers in E block ,because of the disposal center and quite a few 10marla plots r under mortgage .would advice you to hold for end of 2016 ...you would at least able to sell it for 50 plus lakh (on lower side )....as of my personal opinion ,market price of 10 marla in awt phase 2 would be between 45-60 lakh for all blocks ,and 1 kanal 65 to 110 lakh by end of 2016..best way to verify this is to check the prices in the surrounding societies |
