I have only one concern about private societies. Let me give you one example first. I know someone who is living in Izmir Town Lahore. When I go to Pakistan, I must visit Izmir town. There I see that roads needs to be repaired or rebuild but owners of societies are not doing so. Owners argument is that they are waiting for all houses construction to be completed then they will build new roads. Only Allah knows that when construction of houses will be completed. Now put yourself in owners shoes and think that if your society has sold then why you would spend money to rebuild roads from your pocket. Ultimately resident will bear this cost. It's just like that before buying a car and you should make sure availablity of maintenance support service in market. |

All is not location,strong MANAGENENT like dha is required to maintain road ,parks etc.so DHA IS BEST. |

Hold raiwind properties at least for 3 months for getting alternate raiwind road opening. After this prices will appreciate organically.
