If you need to sell your plot soon, then wait for a month and sell it at the best price you get. Dealers are usually trying to mae a good profit by purchasing at a lower price and selling higher. Your plot is worth at least 55 lacs today, but as the market is on the move you might be able to find a buyer at a higher price. |
