Here is a interesting story of Investment in DHA 9 Prisim...
My father was allotted a plot in LDA Avenue-1, Lahore twelve years back and after many ups and down in property during this period finally this plot was valuing @ 5.5 million two months back.
We got 8 million rupees in April 2016 to further invest in real estate but I was fed up from LDA Avenue-1, as did not have significant gain during last 12 years.
I started looking different options and was attached with LRE website since last one year. In this forum investor's main focus is DHA, Bahria etc...
I was not interested in Bahria due to its previous history heard from different people as they vanished the whole schemes like Phase 9 Rawalpindi, Green Valey Lahore after booking and taking money from public, but my brother forced me to invest only one million in Bahria Karachi in September 2015 but I am also struck there.
My mind was insisting to invest remaining 5.5 million in LDA Avenue being developed and underprice but then I thought lets have a taste of DHA investment, so I caught the Prisim train and invested 5.5 million at a high price in Feb 2016.
My luck once again deceived and LDA gained almost 25% in Jan and Feb 2016. Now my family is blaming for missing the gain of LDA Avenure-1.
I think I am now got struck by investing here in DHA but as I purchased good location so hopefully in one or two years I would get some profit. But I can easily see hundreds of bad locations who would remain struck for many years in DHA like “J” and “K” bad locations and other situated in other blocks on village or drain…. So I thanked GOD for not purchasing 5 Marla files of DHA Phase 9 Prisim @ 25 Lac in April 2015.
However, dealing with LRE and transfer procedure of DHA is very comfortable and hopefully in future I would enjoy trading here.
