I will appreciate if some expert friend can tell:
(a) When 4 marla commercial file in phase 7 will be balloted?
(b) What is future of 4 marla commercial phase 7 (which is now a file)
(c) What would be expectedly price for this file/plot in a year time

Nobody knows except DHA . I have DHA 7 file for around 2 years. I was told by expert that DHA Ballot will happen within 3-4 months time but here we are after 2 years.
The good thing is that price increased around 27%.
