Is a residential plot in DHA Lahore facing shops considered good location or not?

It is considered below average. The plot that faces shops is better than boundary, village or graveyard facing plots but worse than a plot that faces a mosque, in terms of market value. |

Could you please evaluate E-488 in prism Kanal on 80ft road and cornor but facing commercial?
How do you see the future of this plot? Should keep for good gains or sell it off?
