I need help from prism experts
I have a plot in prism
Plot # 593-Q 1 kanal
Plot location Near boundry not facing boundry. Facing P block kanal plots.direct approch from 150 and 80 feet road.
Some dealers told me that exchange this plot.
This is bad location plot.purchase good location plot.
Dealers kehtey hain in future ye plot slow gainer ho ga or sale kerna b mushkil ho ga now i have a buyer.
Kya ye sach ha ya dealer apni comission bnane k lie keh rahey hain....
Plz experts guaid me..chack plot on map and than advise me
Hold this plot or go for second option (exchange).

after 5 years every location in prism will be tripled at least from their respective prices today. jitna gur utna meetha

yes, if u have holding power more than 5 years, get rid of it n buy in A,P,D etc !!!!

Getting a plot in upper sectors of prism will be much more beneficial( even though at a higher prices) because from now on-wards the major game changing phenomenon will occur with those sectors where development starts first!

Dealer apni aik boti k liye client ka poora baqra halal kar raha ha. Change your dealer as i dont see anything wrong in Q 593. Your plot is located better than half of the plots in entire sector P.

Or aap keh rahey ho k mujhe p block main shift ho jana chahiye....ager app map per ye plot dekhain to is plot or p block main bus road ka differance ha ye plot q main ha or is k front wala plot p ka ha..
Aap samajhtey hain k mujhe commision transfer fee astam and cvt membership ...ye sab dues pay ker k to road k us par chaley jana chahiye??????

Price offered is low. Ur plot is on 80 feet road... if u see google map... land on right side is empty ehixh dha may acquiere... n in future boundary also may change... no need to swiych on such low price

@md i visit that place...from hadyara drain road..yess empty land and a bhata on ground..
R u sure this is on 80 feet road?
I think this is normal road
And plz tell me the current value of my plot whitout total dovelopment charges

Market is slow but if you want to sell then sell but if you want to keep then don't sell and buy again with lanes here and there, that is not a wise move when 4 lacs transfer charges etc. In short either exit or hold, exit and re entry again when plot is reasonable not good idea

Ali, yes there is a difference in P and Q when it comes to development!!!

Just think about the time when P block is developed first and its possession is given but Q is next in queue and you have to wait another 2-3 years for its possession!!!!

POSSESSION IS GIVEN SECTOR WISE !!!!

By the way Ali (seeing your current plots and assuming you have got good holding power) I would recommend you to buy A Sector neat and clean plot you find @ 100 ... Much more likely to be developed first in every case!!!!
