Dear LRE team,
I want to invest in DHA Prism file (5 marla). What are your expectation on a 2-3 years holding period? I heared that I should at least wait for 2 year for a profit and that a shorter holding period is not interesting.
Additionally, what are your opinion on the fast track development of the whole scheme? Is it feasible under their timeframe (3 to 4 year as I understood - correct me if I'm wrong)?

Dont take a risk in 5 m files. Purchase a average plot in j blok. J block is underprice |

Balloted plots are better than file, if one has money in pocket. On ground plots surrounding with constructed homes are best, if one wants to construct home in near future. |
