What is Scope of DHA Gujranwala?
If I buy a 10 marla plot file there in 2016 for investment, what could be the return and after how long?
Any idea when the balloting and development could start?

I have a small investment in DHA Gujranwala. I believe it has a lot of potential but DHA isn't focusing enough here. There were some rumors of a March 2016 ballot but those have died down. No authentic news at the moment but rumors are now of a July 2016 ballot. Balloting should significantly raise the prices (30% at minimum) pre-ballot. |

I think DHA Gujranwala is one of the best investment in your budget.
It is without doubt under valued.
To the best of my knowledge, they have acquired most of Land so Balloting can happen anytime soon.

AhmetKildirŪ Yes, we can wait for 2-3 years. Approximately how much gain we can expect after 2-3 years and after 5-6 years?
