what is the minimum price in prism j block in upper cutting even on boundary plot. i have 23 lac can i purchase plot in upper cuttting? and after 2 years how much have it worth?

I middle Curtting ie Opposite H Block is Possible and is not bad

Upper cutting Central Location is 30 Lac, on sides not Boundary is 28 Lac near Grve yard and on boundaries about 25 to 26 .
If You come Futher Down after commercial near boundaries 23 can be tried, But Honestly now 23 is price of lower Cutting Boundary plot.
Keep in Mind File in 24.5
