Selling and buying is a technical game and most of people do it in hap-hazard, but some stick to what they ask no matter how long it takes to sell. One of my friend has sold his plot one row before your for 54.50 lacs this week on tuesday.
If you wait till end of this month you can get arround 55 to 55.50 lacs provided there is no DB or Pole infront of plot.
Remember Dha 9 Town is hot at the moment and prices are changing on fast pace. I would say to sell this plot asap and buy in block C or A on big road and good approach.
People who will buy good location plots in Dha 9 Town even at this point in coming 3-6 months will make 6-8 lacs easily. |
