Dear all I am an overseas Pakistani I want to buy a 10 Marla plot and I am looking into two societies AWT2 and Fazaia 2 pleas guide me which society is better for living purpose

@FAIZ ,it all denpends on how much time you have in ur mind to build the home ..awt phase in my view is muuch better because it is already developed and people living here and its close to ring road interchange and it have only 10 marla and 1 kanal plots ..fazaia 2 is good for 5 or 7 marla plots and will take another 2 years before anyone built a house there.

@ Omer: what you suggest? will the prices of AWT 2 further moves up in near future or not? As far as I know, its prices have increased remarkable in last few months.

as of my personal opinion ,market price of 10 marla in awt phase 2 would be between 45-60 lakh(50 to 60 lakh in c1 ,d ,e1) for all blocks ,and 1 kanal 65 to 110 lakh(A AND B 80 TO 110 LAKH) by end of 2016..best way to verify this is to check the prices in the surrounding societies
