Dear Experts and forum members,
How is Bahria Orchard OLC for investment? I want to invest my husband's hard earned money somewhere. My budget is 30 lacs. I can't invest in Prism because I can't pay development charges. Please advise.

Good investment only advise plot should be developed that is on ground can physically see and visit. Rest for this budget try 5 Marla in Bahria Orchard as you mentioned. Good growth prospects

Bahria orchard is the best for investment and has big potential.For investment point of view,C and D blocks are superb in orchard.5m in D block lower side pocket is still under price, you can buy a plot ranges 20 lac to 25 lac.On the other side, ,a 5m plot in c block ranges 32 lac to 40.So ,5m in D block near awami villa is the best as development near it has been started already.
