Could you please give me the current market value the following plots:

DHA Town Phase 9 plot 754 Block A
DHA Town Phase 9 plot 686 Block A

Moreover, is it possible to sell plots with a power of attorney? The holder of plot is currently sick and cannot travel.

Market Value Of Your Plot No A-754 Is Rs. 77-78 Lacs And A-686 Is Rs. 57-58 In DHA Town Phase 9.
