Dear Friends, what do you think is the future of H-Block of Phase 9 for top location plots like corners facing part near first round about at 150 feet road, and 150 road plots coming from Ashiana Interchange ring road? Will it appreciate to the level of A, C, and D blocks once Ring road Northern loop is completed?

Defiantely, it is a good block and grow eventually but once LRR complete. |

They are already demanding 85 to 90 lacks.what difference remain there.phase 9 is totally inflated. |

H-block upper cutting will be extremely valuable and will be a great place for living. Maximum number of Parks, location, 150ft road entry/exit on LRR all goes in favor of H-block |

H BLock is having Tag of Yohanabad, other wise it is very good Block. |

Jameel you are right thats why I said upper cutting, the upper portion of H block is very nice part of H-block with main roads and parks. |
