@ Ahsan and Ahmed , It is matter of trend, If You see DHA Town also have very bad access and that has to pass through very narrow part of Bedian Road where nothing can be done.
The Main issue on Ferozepur road is not notable good development. For Long Distance, there are numerous unpopular on ground illegal housings where even today you can find 1.25 Lac per Merla.
The only Notable societies are Pak Arab and Central Park, Central Park Could develop only 1/3 of area due to difficulty of getting Land and was considered distant. And Pak Arab is not posh area however price is quite high.
However I still think Central Park deserve gain in price as it is still under priced. |
