I dont know whats wrong with LRE team they always evaluate plot less then 5 lac from Market. Dear there is no plot available in back row at 54 lac. So please evaluate correctly.

LRE team is correct PRISM prices are slow since development charges now being adding up.

Since long term project so prices will become slow or stagnant but wait 4-5 years then should be good returns. Ppl asking amount is not same as selling price. Sale happens below few lacs
