They are doing work on D block. At present , best option is to go for possession plot in A block for 1 kanal (55-58) or 2 Kanal in B block within a range of 110-125.It will jump to catch up the market as 5 marla in bahria NAsheman has touched 33-35 lacs. It is highly underprice keeping in consideration , Gated community, Sui Gas, LDA approved, 40 feet minimum roads, good security, LGS school, lots of Green parks. Hospital is operational and LRR bisect on Ferozpur road 4 KM away.
Construction activity is at full swing and more than 500 houses have residence there ( as per dealer).
The prices are rising here everyday now since lots of people are focusing on it.It has a direct approach and distance is more perception now. I visited there recently and reached Kalma chowk in 25 minutes. I don't think anywhere in Lahore a person can buy a possession plot of 1 kanal ready to construct within a gated community and good quality development for 55 lacs.In sum, it was an underdog and It may jump to reach 70 lacs per kanal in coming 3-4 months time which in my opinion is very justified and realistic. I suggest forum members to get do their homework and consider it on merit. |
