Any chance of up raise in DHA Haloki garden?
As prices are stuck there

The prices have already started to increase in Haloki gardens. I am not very fond of its approach and development quality but it was underpriced. These days plots are asking for 35 lacs for 5 marla, that is 6-8 lacs higher compared to 2 months ago.

But why rate is low in LRE price update list. From 18 to 24 lacs. On the other hand when LRE describe individual plots in B block they mention from 33.5 to 35 lacs for 5 marla cases.
