I dont see any big jumps in ivy green commercial, this area is not going to be populated atleast next 15 years, the commercial is for residents and when there are no residents, then how a commercial file converted into plot in next 5 years can go up this much high.

I dont think , there is any room to grow for Ivy green.
The files are already on peak prices and investors has earned a lot already.
I blv until 2016. there might be no chance to grow upto max. 215 lax.
if it goes more then there surely will be bubble.

Everyone knows that Parkview is best located, Every one knows that DHA 7 is on ground and already in populated and will get develop ist.
Please list down at least a single reason that Ivy green is better.
