8 marla plot in 9 town for 82 lac? My goodness then why on the earth people say prism upper blocks are overpriced i think they are underpriced rather

how you can compare town with Prism? Is possession available in Prism or any chance for the next 5 years? Compare the today prices of town with Prism price after 3-4 years., even then town will be ahead of prism.
I know Prism Brigade will come now and bash my comment.

I did not say utter a word against 9 town i just said if 8 marla is for 82 then after prism one kanal mustvbe 2 crore in 3-4 years if development picks up
