AOA All members,
Yesterday i visited a society named Air Avenue Villas, Its near State Life Housing Society.. It is a very small society but they do have a possession there. Some houses are also constructed there. The main entrance of the society is from Ring Road. Does anyone here knows about that society?
Any pros and cons of that society???

Don't know why people are focusing so much on DHA only. Seems like its a rat race.
Everyone is dying to get a plot in DHA pHase 9 jungle. To advise you bro, Grand Avenue is a much better option. My estate agent recommended me to get a plot there since my budget was very low 30 lacs. He said it will give decent returns for a holding period of 3-4 years. Rest is up to you |

@Hadi its all bout risk. People feel more safe and comfortable with DHA which makes it more expensive. In 30 lacs you can go for 5 Marla J block upper cutting or 5 marla on ground plot in Bahria orchard. |

Grand Avenue is a very good investment on main Ferozpur road. its location is prime next to Bahria Nasheman. The 80% land is clear in A block. It is a very good society and current rate is 32-35 lacs per kanal.It will get good appreciation within a year. |

@Waseem yes u r right. Ring road will take turn from here. but this will not effect the society land. All plots are out of the are of LRR. |
