Prisim J Block is better than Rahbar phase 2. I don't know why J is low yet. This is the only Block close to Lahore metro zone. |

DHA Rahbar plots have gained 15-20 lacs average for FGH POSSESSION and MNP almost ready. Possession expected in march as only water tank left. 45lacs for average middle cutting location. Room for growth yes as possession and building boom will come with it. Nestled around main roads and inhabitation. J block is good but long term not for immediate gains. |

About Dha Rahber-2, block L,G,H and F are excellent. These are near main defence Road. F block the last strip toward M block is an ideal among all blocks. |
