[8:05 PM, 3/14/2016] +1 (630) 802-4186: DHA 7 is good for short term due to possession given partially and full possession by Dec 2016. More houses more gain but at slow pace. No risk of falling prices. Prism very good prices. Lots of room to grow . Better location than DHA7 . Better planning and access than DHA7. Prism have huge number of large roads and also have 50 plus parks etc. When developed like DHA7 in 4 to 5 years Prism will be far ahead. In short term upper blocks like A C D P Q can shed some amount as gained too much and too fast. I hope I didnt disappoint you with my words here :) . drop will be maximum of 3-5 lac not in millions. selling now then buying again at later stage will get you no where as transfer/commission will get the viability out |

The opinion that Prism is a dealer's game is based on no on ground research. I was in Lahore last week and it is the investors who are interested in Prism. Many dealers actually say bad things about Prism to lure investors into other DHA phases with high number of sellers. These phases are in later stages of a phase-cycle or are mature so very little juice left in them. Dealers can hype up a project for a few months but no longer than that. Call me whatever you want but Prism is 'still' underpriced by at least 15% (upper cuttings) and 20% (mid to lower cuttings). Prices will catch up by end of this year if not sooner. So in short, I respectfully disagree with Mr. CMY sahib :) He still is my guru nonetheless. |

I totally agree with Mr. Ahmet, nothing bad is going to happen with upper blocks and even all Prism. Who are waiting for low rates they are..... |

Property goes through cycles, Like phase 7 is slow for a while for next some time it will be in focus during that time prism will be slow as initial rush has happened now every one will sit back and relax and watch for major mile stones. Remember every quarter in prism few lacs will be added to prism plots on transfer time so that cliff every one will not be able to cross so slowness will be natural but this is normal so both the holders of prism and phase 7 should relax, phase 7 will get good response short term and phase 9 ultimately but for short term prism 9 will be under pressure. |

If CMY is telling in the post then you believe it is already happening as they have good volume of trading through them, Infact in last few months dealers biana game was going on on prism which slows at certain level. 2016 will be crucial for inflated prism blocks. |
