only dha knows it but if excluded area gets clear in a year or so B block will be more expensive than A block

how do you rate which block is more expensive than the other?
And as you see the map with exclusion of reserved area, block B has other advantages. It is connected with already developed phases like 4,5 and is closer to 6,7,8 future phases,LRR, askari and airport.

It is adjacent to askari Xi. You can guess yourself. Look at price of 10marla there and then estimate price of 1kanal in b block in future

In my opinion, area excluded is under litigation. DHA bought thid from one but someone else also claimed same land. It could be due to typical issues such as division of inherited property. It will take time, from 5 to 7 years. But DHA is a brand name. Wherever one buy, either last corner or boundry wall. One day it will give good return. Don't hesitate. B Block is also one of best.

There is 1 more plus factor in Block B. When ever the Phase 5 Underpass materializes, B Block will rock. I think its a matter of time.. but may be minimum 5 years
