1. To evaluate the development status of Dha Multan phase 1
2. To interact with dha Multan management to have a view about forthcoming launching phase of Dha phase 1 , belating of plots and the ultimate possession part of phase 1
3. Extention of phase 1 alocation files
I m thankful to Allah Almighty , that whatever we predicted based on ground realities , all seems to be true.
1. The development work was found being in progress .
2. The relievent machinery was found on various sites of phase 1 , undertaking various development activities.
3. The most attractive part was the main boulevard which consists 3 lanes for 60 ft width each . The right and left lanes r for tfc where as the central 60 ft wide lane is a green lane throughout which probably does not exist in any other dha so far.
4. The main boulevard has been completed up to the bed level for around a kilo meter and further development is going on.
5. Apparently the ground realities reveal that launching.
6. The management has been very kind to extend the ďate for phase 1 alocation files till 30 January 2016 so as to enable the desirous purchasers in dha Multan phase 1 who could not ďo so till now.
