I have a 10 marla plot in NFC Phase 2 (Block G) which is valued around 33-ish lac. Would you recommend that I sell this off (immediately) and instead buy a 1 Kanal file in DHA Multan for around 32 lac? I'd imagine that this will be a better game to play in the longer run.
Can anyone please share some insight?

Please stop abusing innocent peoples.. Hiw come tbe ballot will be only for installment plot and not for those who paid fully to DHA.. Just a nonsense..
I request you to just argue only if you have soild grounds to talk.. Its nit possible to have ballot for installment plots... Is this ever happend in DHA that they did not included the files in ballot those are fully paid or cash/land file.

@EJ ... First the ballot of installment applications will be held...on the same pattern as is done in DHA Peshawar or DHA Bahawalpur....
location map and ballot for plot location will be held later on... How much time does it takes now is dependent on efficiency of DHA multan management team !
