I bought a 10-marla plot in NFC-2 in K-Block in 2014 @Rs.1.7 million. My dealer is advising me to immediately dispose it off in view of the ongoing ‘hype’ created by ‘dealers’ on the back of society elections slated for 24th April.
I had no plan of disposing it off at least until early 2017. However, my dealer is insisting that I take action at the existing rate of around Rs.2.6 million as ‘balloon’ may burst soon again since there is no substantial development work going on.
Dear friends are requested to kindly guide me if the ongoing rise in NFC-2 is artificial or expected to hold its ground in the times to come.

Dear Aseem, I cannot predict the future but in my opinion you may not sell this plot early as if the development starts, prices could go much higher. |
