I will request LRE officials to kindly evaluate plot near N 344 in DHA Rahbar phase 2 ext.
Moreover It seems there is a devaluation in 5 marla plots by 3 lakh per plot atleast in the recent few days. Any specific reason for this downfall?
What are the future prospects of the society?
An unbiased opinion required please.

Dear Jaffer plot value near plot No. 344-N is round about 41 to 42 Lacs. Prices in DHA Rahbar is going down little bit. It is due to market correction of the prices. Because the prices were going upward artificially. But InshahAllah market will not be down to much. Do not worry , future of DHA Rahbar is very prosperous. |

The market was increased artificially by a group of investors and if u see the past few days posts from different visitors you will clearly understand how the people were favoring the DHA Rahber..Now where are those people who disappeared leaving the poor common man in nowhere..to my knowledge prices are going down drastically and will continue to go down till it reaches the previous level. |

To my knowledge market is going down drastically and it will retain its previous position in a couple of weeks..Investors made a lot of money and are out of it as usual...u need to retain the plot till its possession |

Prices increased from average 27 lacs to more then 45 lacs for average plots in 6 months. So now will settle for few weeks and again by December when ring road will be standing up prices will take another jump so that will be to watch for. This applies to all major societies who are on route of ring road |

Dear HC. Always seen you as a strong supporter of Near Raiwand societies. Specially DHA Rahbar. As per your last input on the investment in Rahbar, your suggestiin was to retain it till December this year and avg plot like mine will be about 55avg (ofcourse possession will be handed over by that time). Is there any revision to your estimates after recent downfall? Moreover i agree with Others as well that this was artificially created boom by investors. But touching to the base level once again seems out of questiin my friend. Yeah being stangnant for a while might be a possibility. Main question is how long will it take to reach the mark of 65 lakh? (Like Valentia and wapda town rates for 5 marla) Thanks alot for all the fruitfull discussions to my reply. |

Jaffar 344 N DHA RAHBAR is a good average plot in middle cutting and around 42-45 lacs. If you have immediate need then sell and cash out on profits. But in Lahore nearly all projects have gotten push so in very short term situation is same if you sell here you will go to prism it also is slow then you go to Town or Lake or Bahria all have received good push. Since last 6 months have seen a major boom so prices will settle now and 2-4 lacs plus minus is ok. When ring road machinery on ground and with actual making of road, Investors will flock back and will give it another push. In the long run next 12-18 months let infrastructure projects complete and you will see lots of genuine buyers for home making will also come that will sustain the rally. Remember property is not buying stocks so have to give it due time and just find good deals and hold on to them till you find a better investment or other use. |

Previous post I think struck. Your plot worth 42-44 lacs decent plot in middle cutting. Long term very good prospects and when in 6 months you gain 15 lacs on 30 lacs investments too fast then little adjustment is natural. If immediately need money sell but otherwise in Lahore all good investments have shown good lift and now are slow till end of year as lots of infrastructure roads will be started this year. |

Thanks HC and Kureshi sb. I am not in need of money atall. Have kept this spare money for investment purposes only. Wanna retain it for further profits or any other profitable opportunity in the market. Is there any dip expected in prism? My gut feeling says a slight correction will be observed there soon. Wanna invest in 5 marla there too for a long term. Kindly update me plz. |
