DHA Rahbar Phase 2 File Or DHA Town File,

I have a DHA Town file 5 marla purchased 2 years ago. Is it a good time to sell the file and buy a DHA Rahbar Phase 2 file of 5 marla. Can anyone please guide me which investment option is best in the short run?

Avoid files and go for plots as no risk and sure shot

I recommend you sale now as you have made a good profit and invest Dha phase 7 or Prism. I do not understand why people say prism will go down, why ? It is very underpriced, and you all will see by this coming Eid. This is best time to buy for those who are looking for good plot at reasonabke price, you will see at next few months at least 2 million jump.

Thanks for the advise Umar sb. I already have a plot in Prism K block. I just want to compare DHA Town vs DHA Rahbar. Is it a good idea to sale the file and purchase a file of DHA Rahbar or wait till DHA Town ballot result. Thanks.

@Khalid. My friend get a bigger map of Lahore and compare the location your self. You will get the answer. Secondly Dha town is better for many reasons, you can compare its price other nearby phases of Dha. And also it will populated within 2-3 years whereas Dha Rahber needs long long time.
