I have heard that Phase 7 Sector'Y' prices are on the rise.. I am interested in selling my plot 7/Y/2053 10Marla. For how long I have to wait ??

You should wait. Your plot is at prime location. Prices on this road would be very rising sharply once construction starts there wich is expected very soon, as this is already possession area. If you can wait for another year, you can sell it aboe one crore. |
