I have around 3 Million, and i am interested in Bahria Orchard, please could any one advice me about 8 Marla on ground plot in Bahria Orchard LCO.

Please advice about facing park or near park plot in block J&H?

What is the future of Bahria Orchard, comparing to other societies in Lahore?

When will be the possession of the plots going to be announced if any proper information please share?

Please advice about the overall standing conditions of Bahria Orchard project please?

Dear Atif, Bahria orchard has great potential and is the best for investment now a days. It has very bright future ,it is the investors paradise.I think it is the best located and outstanding soceity on raiwind road.possession of remaining blocks,c ,d ,and e is expected in jun 16 .Then the price of 8m plot in c block s expected to reach 70 lac easily.For 5m buying, D block lower off ground pocket is still underpriced ranges 23 to 26 lac .This pocket is going to develop within 2 months,then there will be 10 to 12 lac jump as nearby C block 5m is 37 to 45 lac at present.Try to invest in C , D and E blocks as these blocks links bahria main gate and head office.J and H blocks are not as attractive as C , ,D and E are. Rest depend on you.

I agree on This point that Bahria Orchard is one of the best society in Lahore for investment and to construct dream houses for living but does not matter any specific block because each block is good. I think H and J blocks are more attractive due to good location and having big commercial bulevard park.

In j block facing 44 kanal park 8 marla reached 45 lakh.possession to come in next few months

I am greatly thankful to all of you, as the information provided is very helpful for me.

Again getting more closer if anyone have idea about the current prices in the area, as i am considering on ground plot facing park or near park in J and H block. I am afraid that i might run of my budget for C,D & E blocks.

Please if you can suggest J & H blocks facing or near park prices?
