Dear Anwar just wait till completion of main access road you may can sell your products lot more than what you expected.

Haan Bhai, access road bannay ka baad qeemat bhi kafi barh jae ge aur kharidar ki bhi bharmar ho jai gi. Umeed per dunya qaim hai. Bus umeed per datay raho DHA Town mai.

Actually there are very little buckets of 5 marla in DHA, that's why people expecting lot more demand. Secondly, it is comparatively low level investment and there are always much potential for short level investment.
