AOA All group members,

Yesterday i visited Formanites society. It looks good. As there is possession available in most of the blocks. many houses are constructed. But one dealer told me that there are some plots which are LDA approved and some on which there is some litigation.

Could any one tell me how to know that which plot is LDA approved and which is not? Any specific document from which i can get any prove regarding that?

And also give your opinion about that society for short term investment purposes.
