Even after passing 7 years eden don't have LDA approved map for their plotting projects clients.currently they are converting their houses to plots and asking heavy extra amounts.
Total LDA approved land is for abt 1300 plots on ferozepur road and total housing project clients are more then 2000, then eden lands clients are 3000+, then eden meadows clients 1600+, then eden garden extension clients are 5000+(last project)
My advice is to submit ur case to nab as many of us also did the same. |
