Your demand is appropriate as this plot is facing park and offers installment benefit to the buyer. A plot not facing-park is demands 225 in the area. |

Mustafa has given the correct explaination in his post. 225 is the asking price for non park facing plots in this area. Mine is 235 for a facing park plot. So am unable to understand whats wrong with this demand as per your comments.

Nope. Havent checked. Am sure DHA would send it in a few days. They would be more keen to charge for their 25% first instalment that needs to be paid till 17th April. I trust their keeness ;) |
