Exclude phase 7, all other DHA lahore phases are out of range for many like me. But still wish to live in DHA. Other than living style, DHA also improved level of construction in new phases. All these are reasons trend would remain high towards phase 9 as well as 7, all the times. Now you can imagine future price of 9. In few years upper blocks (A, B, C, D, P) will be at same level
of phase 5. But phase 8 will set new records of property prices in Lahore. |
