It's is notice that DHA ballots plot transfer are very much expensive as compared routine way for new purchaser.
Because it's required full white amount with full ratio of taxes as mentioned in list for transfer. While in routine purchaser bear taxes on DC rates only that are too low. Ballot plot are more than triple charges taxes from routine.
It will increase its cast and as well decrease it value for investment.

There was time when people used to buy property as per their needs (For own home or for their sons or daughters to gift after marriage). Price increase was very much normal. But then investor came into picture. Property started to go high with rocket speed. DHA present offer was for genuine buyers. Investors again took maximum shares as single investors applied for 100s plots. These high transfer rate will discourage to investors and support genuine buyers to keep plots in posassion. At the end investor will win again as they will raise demand and give boom to properties they owned already. From that earni g they will pay to DHA. Ahmad bhai you did very well analysis of property issue. It's observed that full DC rates and full price on taxes will decrease it's demand in market. For example in phase 3 normal DC prices are 81 lac and transfer are near 7 lac. But here in ballot prices are nearly double as well transfer are double in taxes. |
