And j 2771@22.50 Lac in lre rates list ....can any dealer from lre define how we will define plots rate requirement here..on which base there is difference in these two plots prices

Even the best of estimate is an estimate and couple of lacs difference is normal as this is covered in negotiations.
These plots worth are 22-23 lacs in other words. |
