Moreover in market file is available in 25.5 Lac but on LRE its quoted price is 24 Lac but could ot find in 24 Lac......Should I purchase in 25.5 Lac... Experts please advise.....

Dealers are claiming that i will touch 30 Lac in few days.....Is it really gonna happen??? what are the reasons behind this sudden sharp increase in price?

Yes Kashif but plot price near nalla is approaching 38-40 Lac .....

This is artificial. Prices are coming down sharply in Doha rahber.

I don't think it is a hype only. There are several reasons behind the strong increase in the price of DHA Rahabar. These include,
location
widening of Defence Road
alternative Raiwind road
I see a very good potential in DHA Rahbar, however, I also think that the file price has reached its peak. There might be some correction in the future but it depends upon the market trend. At the present price, it may not be a bargain but I think it is still worth buying.

Lol...Go in the society and see the narrow roads everywhere.

All the heavy trucks are driving maniacally on "Defence Road" which is its main access. Will you prefer to build your house there?

Prices will come down once all the property dealers have made the profit from all the hype. :-)
