Dear Mr. Kureshi, the train still has many miles to go as looking at the DHA commercial history all DHA Lahore commercial areas eventually reach the same price point with similar kind of banks, bakeries, shops etc. It has always happened in all the previous phases and there is no reason that similar wouldn't happen in phase 7 commercial especially considering the point that these commercials cater to huge residential that is already developed while rapid construction activities are going on.
