sir 9 town further increase in prices depends on 2 factors now:
1- once road complete in coming few weeks, prices will further jump 5-6 lacs for 5 marla plot. Presently Block C is most expensive followed by block B & A. Block D prices are lowest of other phases at the moment. Good location plots in block C,B,A are trading arround 58-62 lacs. Corner & facing park arround 61-63 lacs.
2- Once the house construction further move ahead prices will increase and will be more stable. Can we all who hold plots in 9 Town make efforts in pushing plot holders who want to construct there own homes to move forward in building their Homes as this will give a good push to the market and make 9 Town more populated.
All positive suggestions and comments welcome from forum in promoting house construction activity.

Agreed. The most important factor is to buy those plots that are good for house construction. It means investors should avoid below average plots. Focus on purchasing in A-block front half clean plots, C-block clean plots, D-block front half, B block plots away from boundaries. The price will gain for plots that are good for builders and people making their own home. Other plots will not appreciate in value by much. As main road will be completed in 6-8 weeks, more construction activity will start in 2-3 months. |
