My question to property gurus :
What is the future of DHA phase 8 proper 1 kanal in Dec 2016 and 2017.
My current holdings in V are assessed at 185 and in T block is assessed at 205 lac.

I tend to disagree. if what you are saying is true, then phase 8 prices should drop... and that seems to be remote possibility....

Phase 8 proper is the best located and best looking phase in all of dha. Its price will eventually be the hughest of all dha phases. Its pure gold u should hang on to it |
