@ Kashif,

For one year I think NFC2 and Bahria Orchard will be winners. (20%+ gain). Prism I believe will gain 10-15% this year.

For 2+ years, invest in Prism. Gains will be enormous in the medium run as the project progresses.

i would highly recommend NFC 2 for 1 to 2 years.
Reason: After the elections (next month) there are very high chances of start of development within a year. Secondly excellent location.
You can buy a 1 kanal plot in 5 million at good location.
